Wheat cleaning process is that all the cleaning equipment are combined from the wheat going into the workshop before grinding section. The cleaning process includes 3 parts: cleaning for raw wheat, conditioning and cleaning for hulled wheat. In general, the cleaning process also includes blending of raw wheat, weighing and arrangement for leftovers.
Requirements for Wheat Cleaning Process
1.Choose machines according to wheat quality and impurity situation.
2.If you process fine flour, it requires higher for wheat cleaning processing and moisture conditioning.
3.The cleaning equipment should include sifting, scouring, destoning, magnetic separation, dampening and conditioning.
4.The equipment should be highly efficient, small size and easily maintained.
5.The combination flow should be flexible to adjust change of raw materials.
6.To guarantee sanitary environment, the cleaning process should be installed with aspiration system.
7.Reduce winnowing and mechanical conveying machines in the condition of continuous processing.
8.Make sure production capacity of wheat workshop is suitable for flour workshop. Generally, capacity of wheat workshop is 15-20% higher than flour workshop.
