Feeding effect has a big impact on wheat flour grinder. It is ideal when the wheat correctly goes into the grinding area in a speed and scatters uniformly along the roller. If the wheat flour grinder charges in the wheat too fast, it will lead to incorrect feeding or seriously block up though it is beneficial for high yield. If the wheat is fed nonuniformly, it will reduce grinding effect, and the roller where the wheat is too thick is easy to be worn out.

The factors influencing effect of the feeding roller include its surface situation, rotary speed, feeding valve, feeding intervals. Wheat flour milling plant should choose proper rotary speed and surface situation of the feeding roller; carefully adjust the feeding interval and lowest wheat level in the feeding cylinder during operation of the flour grinder.
