High and humid temperature in Summer will affect normal operation of the whole wheat flour processing plant....
1.As it is hot and humid in Summer, the metal chute is easy to get dew inwall, leading to block of the chute due to adhesion of flour, more seriously, it may damage the wheat flour milling machine or result in downtime;
2.In Summer, the square plansifter is also humid. The flour will be dampened during sifting process, which will block the sieve holes, leading to decrease of flour yield.
3.The wheat flour milling machine will curl round the roll due to too much moisture in the flour and tightness of rollers.
4.Resistance of high pressure pulse deduster increases as the wet dust sticks to the bag due to the high and humid temperature. Then the resistance of whole aspiration system increases, which will occur falling down of flour from the elevator, affecting normal operation of the wheat flour processing plant.
